Court Fees from 16 May 2011
To file certain applications and for some hearings, fees must be paid to the court. The details of the current applicable fees in relation to married and not married clients are now the same and are set out in the tables below. Payment of court fees can be made at the Registry counter by:
- cash;
- cheque or postal/money order made payable to "The Family Court of WA"; and
- EFTPOS debit card, Mastercard and Visacard.

In some cases, fees do not have to be paid. For instance, if you hold certain government concession cards you can apply for a reduced fee. In cases of financial hardship you can also apply for a reduced fee. Please see downloads panel on this page.
