All forms that can be filed at the Family Court may be handprinted - EXCEPT for affidavits which must be typed.

If a document can be handprinted, it must be clearly legible to be accepted for filing, and should be in black or blue ink.

If the document is illegible, even if it can be accepted in a handprinted form, it will be rejected.
