Country Circuit Locations
Judges of the Family Court of Western Australia and Family Law Magistrates travel to country towns for circuit hearings throughout the year.
Until further notice and for the rest of 2026 and the whole of 2027, the Family Court of Western Australia will conduct Magistrate circuits to Broome by e-hearings from Perth, and will not conduct Judicial circuits (trials) in Broome, with trials to be held in Perth.
Arrangements for all other circuit locations will continue as normal, with Registrars, Magistrates and Judges travelling to the relevant circuit location.
