Submitting Electronic Evidence

When submitting electronic evidence to Courts in Western Australia including the Family Court, there are guidelines and standards that need to be followed and complied with.  Non-compliance with these guidelines and standards may result in delays to proceedings and/or additional costs to parties involved.

It also contains information about the various file formats for documents, audio, video, etc. that may be submitted to the Court.
