Updated Information Sharing MOU

The original Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated June 2008 to support the sharing of information between the Family Court of Western Australia (FCWA), the Department of Justice (DoJ), the Department of Communities (Communities) and Legal Aid Western Australia (LAWA) has been updated as part of a formal review process by the Protocols Committee (which includes members from the FCWA, DoJ, Communities and LAWA). The MOU now includes Practice Guidelines (PG) which detail the specific processes followed by the respective agencies to facilitate the information sharing.
