Superannuation Information from ATO

From 1 April 2022, a party to property settlement proceedings will be able to apply to the Court to request their former spouse's superannuation information from the Australian Taxation Office.
Call for Submissions - Legal Costs

The Legal Costs Committee gives notice under section 278 Legal Profession Act 2008 that it will conduct reviews and make determinations in respect of contentious business determinations made by it. Submissions are now being called for by 11 March 2022.

COVID-19 Public Notice 7 issued by the Chief Judge of the Family Court of Western Australia on 3 February 2022 is in addition to the Public Notice issued by the Chief Justice of Western Australia on 31 January 2022. The directions contained in COVID-19 Public Notice 7 in relation to the business of the Family Court of Western Australia are effective immediately.
