Changes to the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) to commence 10 June 2025

At this time in Western Australia, these changes only apply to property cases concerning parties who were, or are, married, and will apply to all new and existing matters from 10 June 2025, except where a final hearing/trial has already commenced.
