Practice Direction (No.3 of 2025)

The Chief Judge of the Family Court has issued a new Practice Direction.

Practice Direction (No.3 of 2025) refers to changes to certain Family Court Regulations and court forms which have been modified and approved for use, such changes being necessary due to the introduction of the new Family Law Regulations 2024 and the Family Law (Superannuation) Regulations 2025, which are both to commence on 1 April 2025.

The Practice Direction takes effect from 1 April 2025.
