Delay in provision of Transcripts

Please be advised that the Family Court of WA is experiencing lengthy delays from our transcript service provider.

Unfortunately, Cyclone Alfred significantly impacted the provider’s ability to produce transcripts, and the recovery process is taking longer than expected.

The Court apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Consideration should be given to ordering Transcripts at the earliest possible opportunity, in particular in relation to any foreshadowed appeals.
