Practice Direction (No.4 of 2025)

The Chief Judge of the Family Court has issued a new Practice Direction.

Practice Direction (No.4 of 2025) refers to the approved forms for use under the Family Court (Sex or Gender Changes) Rules 2025 (WA) which come into force on 30 May 2025, and other relevant information.

The Practice Direction takes effect from 30 May 2025.
