New Judicial Officer for the FCWA

The Chief Judge is pleased to advise that Ms Nicole Croft has been appointed as a family law magistrate and will commence on 1 July 2026.

Ms Croft is an experienced family lawyer, who has worked in private practice for the past 20 years.

Acting Magistrate Max Beckerling will return to Francis Burt Chambers and his practice as a Barrister.
