Superannuation Information from ATO

From 1 April 2022, a party to property settlement proceedings will be able to apply to the Court to request their former spouse's superannuation information from the Australian Taxation Office.

This information can then be used by the party to seek up-to-date superannuation information from their former spouse’s superannuation fund.

Separating de facto couples are unable to apply for this information at this time.
