The Family Court is aware of at least one external website which purports to be an 'on-line portal' that helps parties complete and lodge their divorce application for a set fee.

The Court advises parties not to use any external website to obtain information or assistance in relation to completing and lodging their on-line divorce application.

Divorce applications in Western Australia can only be made online through the eCourts Portal of Western Australia.

Before you apply for a Divorce you should read the relevant information on the Court's website.
